Refund policy
Return Process (Exchange Only or Receive Store Credit)
Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date the order is received. Exchanges are accepted or store credit will be given.
If returning, all merchandise must remain in new condition meaning unwashed, unaltered, with original tags (if any). All merchandise must be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair or smell of smoke. If this criteria is not met, refund will be refused & returned to you at an additional charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges
We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your returned item is received. We highly recommend placing an order for the item/size you would like and returning the other for a full refund.

If you prefer store credit instead of an exchange, please let us know in your return order
Defective Merchandise
Please contact us within 2 days of receipt if you believe you have received defective/incorrect merchandise. No exceptions.
Returning
Return shipping is solely the customers responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. Please allow our Return Department up to 5 business days for processing. You will receive an email when your return has been processed
Refund
We will refund your purchase in the form of store credit minus shipping fees paid
